David Lloyd has served as the Police & Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire since 2012. He was elected as Chair of the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners in July 2017.
Before being elected as a PCC, David was Chairman of the Hertfordshire Police Authority. David is the Lead of the APCC Portfolio Group on Criminal Justice System Efficiency and Effectiveness.
