Alison Lowe is the APCC Lead for Equality, Diversity and Human Rights and Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime in West Yorkshire.
We caught up with Alison following the session on 'Confidence and Consent' and asked her how Police and Crime Commissioners and Deputy Mayors can help improve confidence in local policing, particularly those classed as 'Black Caribbean'.
