Paddy Tipping, Chair of the APCC

Paddy Tipping, Chair of the APCC and PCC for Nottinghamshire talks about the importance of the APCC and his role as the Chair of the organisation.

"PCCs are elected by the people to represent the people, to make sure their views are heard. People want to know that they're safe in their streets, that their police are properly resourced and that everybody is treated with respect. And the APCC hears that and is working to make all those things happen."
