The Head of Commissioning and Victim Services will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high-quality services, ensuring they remain responsive to changing and emerging needs. You will also be responsible for developing strong partnership links, particularly with other commissioning bodies, working collaboratively to put in place exceptional VAWG advocacy services for the future.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Commissioning and Contracts Programme Manager. The postholder will lead a small team to manage the commissioning and delivery of a large and diverse programme of services including crime prevention and victim support services. You will work in close partnership with local authorities, health and criminal justice partners to develop new services, oversee existing commissioned delivery to ensure effectiveness and manage service performance.
You will be highly organised with a track record of commissioning and/or grants or contract management. You will also have strong problem-solving skills, experience of project and performance management and ideally some knowledge of community safety. You will be able to bring an enthusiastic and creative approach, will have excellent communication skills and proven experience of partnership working.
