APCC - Policy and Partnerships Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Contract: Full-time until end March 2023, secondment or fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension)

Location: Hybrid/Westminster office

This is an exciting opportunity for a policy and partnership specialist to play a key role in shaping the national approach to policing, working at the heart of the Joint Projects Team with the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners (APCC) and the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) and to support their engagement with the Home Office’s national policing governance boards, including the National Policing Board (NPB) and its sub-boards.

You will work with both the APCC and NPCC to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of national policing and criminal justice programmes by supporting the improvement of co-ordination and collaboration across APCC policy portfolios, NPCC co-ordination committees and HO programmes.

Salary:  £151,815 

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Suffolk is seeking to appoint a new Chief Constable and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced senior police officers for this demanding position.

Avon and Somerset OPCC - Engagement and Events Manager

Salary: £31,425 - £40,419

Contract: Permanent

The Avon and Somerset OPCC is looking for someone with strong experience in community engagement and events management to support their work. 

The Engagement and Events Manager will oversee the PCC's programme of engagement with people living in the force area, working with commissioned partners, political stakeholders and third sector organisations to lead the co-ordination of engagement events.
